- High-power, heavy-load cutting: the main spindle motor delivers 37kW (customizable) at a stable 2600 RPM. This high-power configuration keeps performance consistent when cutting high-density panels or thicker timber, preventing slowdown or material jamming. The power system is designed for future expansion, offering a clear upgrade path for higher capacity
- Extra-wide working range: maximum cutting width extends to 2440mm, fully suited to standard oversized panels. Cutting thickness covers 3mm to 50mm with a minimum workpiece length of 600mm. This wide parameter range reduces the need for pre-cutting and lets one machine flexibly handle different specifications and batch sizes
- Multi-roller precision feed system: the feed system uses 6 sets (12 rollers in total) driven by an independent 1.5kW motor. Compared with conventional designs with fewer rollers, this configuration distributes longitudinal pressure more evenly across the workpiece, effectively preventing slipping, drifting or vibration during high-speed feeding of wide panels, and significantly improving cutting straightness and dimensional consistency
- Reinforced spindle and flexible blade configuration: the spindle diameter is upgraded to 90mm, greatly improving structural rigidity at high speed and reducing shaft deflection and vibration. The machine accepts 205mm and 230mm blade diameters and can be configured with 10 to 30 blades.
