What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 1 set for standard models. We are a factory, so single-machine orders and full production line orders are both welcome.
What is the lead time?
Standard machines ship in 15–30 working days after deposit; production lines and customized machines typically need 30–45 working days.
Do you support OEM / customization?
Yes. Working width, spindle configuration, motor power and automation level can be customized. OEM branding is available for dealers.
How is the machine shipped and packed?
Machines are packed in standard export plywood cases with film wrapping and fixed positioning inside the container. We ship FOB, CIF and EXW.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Every machine includes an English manual and operation videos. Engineers can be sent for on-site installation and training, and remote video commissioning is free.
What about spare parts and warranty?
12-month warranty for the whole machine (excluding wearing parts). Long-term spare parts supply and lifetime technical support are guaranteed.
